Paris 2024 Olympics Logo

London, England,  Summer 2012
Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, Summer 2016.

When asked what the correlation between the two countries are, avid Olympic fans will proudly tell you that London, England was where the last Summer Olympics was held. In addition, Rio de Janeiro will be hosting the games this year. And in 2020, Tokyo, Japan will be hosting the summer Olympic games.

"But what about after Japan?" avid fans ask, anxious to find out where the games will be held in 2024.

Four cities are currently vying for the coveted position for 2024. Namely: Paris, Budapest, Rome and Los Angeles.  Which leads us to the title of this post - Paris 2024 Olympics Logo.

Yesterday, Paris unveiled their logo for the 2024 games; an image of the Eiffel Tower, shaped and tilted on an angle to make out the number 24 in an array of colors. Although this unveiling has garnered much support and praise, there is still the other side of the coin to consider.

After an article in the French edition of  GQ magazine was published, a Twitter user noticed that the logo had a resemblance to the 4global logo, a sports and events consulting agency in London, England.

Six Word Stories

I've been seeing these posts on the internet pretty often, usually found on Twitter. I enjoy the concept of this idea; that six simple words can paint a vivid picture, and at times evoke emotions. Here is one example:

"Out of sight, forever in mind."
